The Produce Station Garden Center Return Policy

· Please keep the produce station detailed receipt for all purchases.

· If you buy too many plants and bring them back looking GREAT(same condition in which they were purchased) we will offer you a refund using the method you used to pay.  

· Guidelines for plant warranties:

    Annuals – No Warranty
Perennials & Roses – 30 days
    Trees & Shrubs – 30 days
Fresh-cut Christmas Trees - 30 days
Garden Tools/Pottery - No Warranty

· If you have a problem with a plant that we warranty, and it ends up needing a funeral (through no fault of your own) we will gladly offer you store credit.  Please bring the receipt and plant with you. Friendly reminder, it is important that you bring the plant with you for this transaction.

· Warranties begin on the original date of purchase. 

· Replacement plants are not guaranteed. 

· Sale items are guaranteed for sale price only.

* All sales are final on clearance items.

· Warranties do not cover acts of nature such as frost or drought, We are pretty awesome, but we can’t control nature.

· We know all of our customers are good to their plants and show them TLC, but we reserve the right to void any/all warranty coverage due to lack of watering, or neglect.
