• Move boxes that weigh up to 60 pounds many times throughout the day
• Keep shelves clean, rotated, and stocked. Maintain correct signage and pricing.
• Work in the front of the store stocking/ helping customers & the back of the store in the prep room or the cooler
• Use salesmanship to sell the best tasting products of the season to our customers.
• Build a rapport with customers
• Prioritize when many tasks need to be accomplished at the same time
• Identify when work items are of an urgent nature and work at a pace that will get them completed quickly.
• Assist with product demonstrations and sampling.
• Maintain supplies, back stock rooms, and coolers.
• Be responsible for daily maintenance/cleaning of all equipment and tools needed to produce cut fruit, vegetables and juice.
• Maintain food safety, handling & storage standards.
