A vegetarian favorite. Red beans, rice, bell peppers, sweet onion, fresh herbs, tomatoes and southwestern spices blended together.

Steamed Imported Basmati Rice (veg) (gf) $4 per person                             
Aromatic white basmati finished with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.

Northern Italian Risotto (gf) $5 per person                                 
Imported arborio rice sautéed in sweet cream butter with shallot, garlic and fresh herbs finished with pecorino Romano cheese.
Choose from; Wild forest mushroom and beef stock, sundried tomato and arugula (vegetarian), fresh lemon, peas and saffron, basil pesto and sundried tomato.

Macaroni & Cheese (veg) $5 per person
An American tradition, jumbo elbows smothered with a sharp cheddar cheese sauce.
Choose from; classic, fiesta mac with peppers, onions and tomato 0r broccoli mac with steamed broccoli and parmesan.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes (veg) (gf) $4 per person
Light and fluffy potatoes blended with cream and butter. Choice of Yukon gold or redskin potatoes.
Ask about other exciting options like; roasted garlic, white cheddar mashed Yukon gold potatoes, Asiago cheese mashed redskins, or Fermented black garlic and parmesan potatoes.

Sautéed Potato Gnocchi (veg) $5 per person                                  
Fluffy dumplings cooked in clarified butter and olive oil finished with fresh spinach grape tomato and Romano cheese a simple classic.   

Ginger Whipped Sweet Potatoes (veg) (gf) $4 per person
Fluffy Louisiana sweet potatoes mashed with maple, butter and spices.

Tri-Roasted Potatoes (veg) (gf) $3 per person
Skin on Yukon gold, redskin and sweet potatoes tossed in our own garlic herb oil roasted and garnished with sautéed sweet peppers and leeks.

Creamy Vegetable Gratin (veg) Regular (10 people) $45 | Large (20 people) $90
Blanched carrots, broccoli and cauliflower tossed with alfredo sauce and baked with parmesan panko bread crumb topping.

Herb-Grilled Vegetables(veg) (gf) $4 per person
Zucchini, yellow squash, sweet bell peppers, portobello mushrooms and red onions tossed with herbs and extra virgin olive oil then grilled. Also available oven-roasted.

Carrots & Parsnips with Almonds (veg) (gf) $4 per person
Hand cut carrots and parsnips roasted with canola oil tossed in a brown sugar, sweet cream butter and maple syrup glaze finished with toasted almonds and parsley.

Sweet Corn & Vegetable Florentine (veg) (gf) $4 per person
Sweet corn, carrots, peppers, purple onion and squash roasted in our very own garlic herb oil tossed with fresh chopped spinach before service.

Italian Roast Vegetable Medley (veg) (gf) $4 per person                           
Cauliflower, carrots, redskin potato, brussels sprouts and eggplant tossed in a light basil pesto and roasted with caraway, orange and peppercorn  garnished with grape tomato.

Szechuan Green Beans (veg) (gf) $4 per person                                   
Fresh beans perfectly blanched and dressed with a sweet, sticky lightly spicy asian sauce.
